The Eastern Kentucky
University ETS program serves the counties of Clay, Estill, Garrard, Jackson,
Lincoln, and northern Madison.
Middle school students, high school students, and
out-of-school adults from the above ETS's designated counties, may submit
an online application request at the below link, copy the on-line Microsoft
Word Document request, complete and return it to the address indicated, or
may apply in person at the ETS Office in Keith 129, at EKU.
The ETS Office is open from 8:00-12:00 and 1:00-4:30, Monday through Friday.
