The Kentucky Association of Educational Opportunity Personnel (KAEOPP) awards two $350.00 scholarships to Educational Talent Search students each year.  ETS seniors have the opportunity to apply for both the KAEOPP ETS Scholarship and the Susan Adams Leadership Scholarship.

Applications are mailed to high school seniors in the ETS program during the month of February.  All applications and requested materials are to be returned to the EKU ETS Office by the postmarked date in order to be considered for the competition.  The EKU ETS staff review, score, and select one student per scholarship to represent the EKU program in the state competition.

Selection is based on the following:

Completed KAEOPP scholarship application

Personal essay

List of extra-curricular activities

List of honors & awards

Official high school transcript

Letter of recommendation from school official

Scholarship packets are to be returned to the EKU ETS Office,

postmarked no later than date indicated.
